Bill and Janice Clark founded KICKO (Knoxville Inner City kids Outreach, Inc.) in 1995 as a 501(c)3 non-profit ministry with a singular purpose-to mobilize a message of hope found only in Jesus Christ (the Gospel) to the children living in Knoxville’s low income areas.

Janice graduated from Johnson University with a major in missions and Bible. She did a summer internship with Metro Ministries where she was trained to do inner city children’s ministry in Harlem and Brooklyn, NY.

Bill and Janice have been married for 42 years and are the parents of 4 children (all of whom have helped with KICKO). They have 8 grandchildren.

Their goal is to “change the inner city one child at a time.”
